Tea Enthusiast Gift Box
Our tea enthusiast gift box provides all the essential tools required to expertly prepare our curated specialty teas with ease. It includes two specialty pure teas or two herbal blends, our double-walled glass mug, and a high-quality fine mesh stainless steel brewing basket, packaged in our gift box, to help you prepare and experience your tea with ease.
If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 10 days via email at ansie.laning@theteacorner.co.za.
We can’t offer a refund or exchange after 10 days from your purchase. The damaged items must be returned to The Tea Corner unopened, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Our products are carefully inspected by The Tea Corner before being delivered to a third party for shipping. The Tea Corner does not accept responsibility for damages that occur during shipping.
As our products are unique and selected for you to experience the wide variety of tea profiles, we understand that some variants may not be to your taste. We encourage you to share these with friends and family to broaden their knowledge of teas as well. We, unfortunately, can’t accept refunds for opened products due to food safety reasons.

General: Shipping costs are added additional to your purchase and will be included in your invoice. We charge you the actual cost, and no handling fee is added. Our provider’s target is to get your items delivered within 3 – 10 days. They collect from Mondays – Fridays (closed on public holidays).
The Tea Corner will have your product ready for shipment within 5 days of receiving payment in full.
We ship anywhere within South Africa.
Subscriptions: Your first subscription order will be shipped within 2 days of receiving payment in full. Thereafter, each month’s subscription box will be shipped in the first week of each month for the duration of your subscription.
